Cancellation Policy​

• Once a reservation is made, you can cancel it up to 15 days before arrival at no charge.

• For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival, a penalty of 1 night's stay will be charged.

• No-shows will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay. A no-show is considered a reservation where the guest does not arrive on the check-in date.

• In case of departure before the confirmed departure date, the Hotel will charge the total accommodation cost per room as a penalty if the guest decides to leave the hotel before the date specified in their confirmation letter.

• Payments received are non-refundable. They will be credited for use in future reservations. The credit is valid for 1 year from the arrival date of the original reservation, subject to room availability and applicable rates at that time.

The regular cancellation conditions are not valid for reservations that include special terms established through a direct agreement with the hotel.
